He has caused a miracle in my life. I do not know how long my dieting will last, however, I have lost a total of 10 pounds so far. This is my best weight to date. If I rise from this weight, then I will not be disappointed because I have already achieved a new low. I deserve the rest. I deserve a break. You don't know how hard it is to control my amount of food intake! Today, I congratulated myself with pasta from PizzaHut. That and a 2-liter soda. Well, by tomorrow I should be back to 5 pounds heavier. Oh well, you win some and you lose some. I have to give those people who are so strict on their diet year round the credit for abstaining from delicious food and drinks. This is controlling my eating to a very high degree. I eat when I am hungry, but in very small portion. I do not starve myself. I eat just enough to fill my empty stomach. Once again I do not limit myself too much in what I eat. I have to tell you that I do not eat too much. Through out the day, I may eat three times. Plain pure bottled water is what keeps me feeling full. I have nothing to brag about right now except my camera still seems to work partly! It seems to have lost its clarity when focusing. Maybe it is because I might have messed up the focusing mechanism when cleaning the len(s). Looking back, it seems to be a very sensitive part of the camera. The part where the len(s) automatically open/close!
